The US Navy's Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) has completed its $56m planned, dry-dock repair availability in Portland, Oregon. US-based shipbuilding company Vigor Industrial was responsible for carrying out the project, which included improvements, maintenance, steel renewal and equipment repairs.
